The project was to develop a secure and scalable enterprise sales solution to support its large network of dealers. The goal was to replace fragmented Excel-based workflows and email communications with a unified mobile and web platform that could empower field teams with real-time data, streamline reporting, and enable leadership with actionable performance insights.
