Golookall Rider App: A Project By Technoyuga
Golookall is an emerging service aggregator platform that gives the user access to local merchants, service, hotels and so on. The customer came to Technoyuga to develop a specific Rider App to advance their delivery work. The aim was to enhance efficiency of delivery, ease of onboarding the riders and to be able to manage the deliveries in real-time. Golookall considered the scalability of operations and the alignment of its user experience, and the main objective of this application was to maximize the service of its riders and provide efficient and safe delivery to customers.

Project Overview
Golookall Rider App was developed to enable delivery partners with a trustworthy and effective solution to the management of their work. The app facilitates rider onboarding, uploads documentation, GPS-based route navigation and order status real-time updates. Riders are able to handle order, check earnings, get notifications on when work is available and delivery history. By applying this, Golookall made a strategic breakthrough in the development of a seamless delivery ecosystem that facilitates their business as well as makes the final consumer experience better.

The main challenge was creating an application that could be easily accessed by riders whose technical literacy levels were different.

High backend design was needed to ensure the right timing of location data and the actual orders that do not reflect delays in performance.

The security of managing and storing copies of documents with sensitive information about riders, keeping them usable, was a priority.
