Heatsense: Real-Time Athlete Heat Monitoring Platform
HeatSense is a health monitoring and a sports performance enabling startup, which is headquartered in the United States. They have a vision which is to design an intelligent (smart) platform that enables sports people/athletes, coaches and parents to train intelligently and safely in hot environments. Integrating wearable sensors with a live mobile app, the client ensured that athletes can be secure against the threats of excessive heat, as well as enhance their performance insights.

Project Overview
Technoyuga has designed and developed a real-time health monitoring solution in collaboration with HeatSense and integrates directly with HeatSense thermal sensors and optional heart rate monitors. The mobile app gives immediate biometric accessibility of the state of an athlete when training in hot surfaces. The app offers analytics and environmental monitoring as well as smart alerts to keep athletes secure and on top of their game. CMS includes an administrator dashboard built using the React.js framework to control a centralized user, device control, and data analytics.

Sensor Integration Complexity
Handling real-time data streams between the HeatSense thermal sensors and third-party HR sensors that achieve consistent accuracy.
Accuracy & Safety Dependence
As exemplified by the health of the user depending on biometric readings, there was a need to be accurate and reliable on data validation.

The gateway connectivity initially lacked stability and it hence had to be optimized to facilitate smooth communications with the other devices.

The Solution We Delivered
Cross-Platform Athlete App
Created a multiple platform App (iOS and Android) using Flutter with an interface of HeatSense sensors and any external HR measurements.


Reliable Device Integration
Developed high quality sensor APIs, including error flags to achieve uniform connection and data acquisition on a multi-device basis.
Centralized Admin Dashboard
We created a Web panel built using React-js so the administrators can centrally manage end-users, devices, and performance data.
