One of our clients had a vision to design an app for the Yoga lovers, whether they are learners or trainers. Om At Home is an innovative venture primarily focused on addressing the need for a holistic solution for stress and trauma through the use of a mindfulness and meditation application. The client’s idea was to provide clients with live classes and special courses with great attention to detail in helping people during such difficult times in their lives.

Project Overview

Om At Home has been created to rethink the potential of digital wellness. It is a mobile and web-based application providing real-time mindfulness classes, themed courses, and trauma-informed exercises and practices to marginalized and diverse people. It features such sessions as Mindfulness for Re-Entry, Mindfulness for Athletes, and Transforming Trauma. The application works with both individuals and a group of up to 100 users in a group. The client wanted the mindfulness to be inclusive, community-centered, cost-effective, and workable with the expert-level guidance.
